This digital evidence is strictly required for student identification, regulatory auditing, and to provide valid evidence of your participation and assessment outcomes. Your image may also be used to verify participation and completion of assessment activities.

Compliance-based digital evidence will be retained securely on your student file for a minimum period of 2 years post-course completion in accordance with regulatory retention requirements

RMTS seeks your explicit, voluntary permission for RMTS to use your personal image or voice recordings in print and digital marketing, publications, social media, or public presentations.

This promotional consent is entirely optional, does not affect your enrolment or course progress, and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting RMTS using the contact details available on our website. Completed forms will be securely stored on your student file.
